super utilities spyware help

hi im new here basically, i installed this program called super utilities DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL YOURSELF, what happened is every time i right click on anything its there i dunno what it is i cant find program i think it is spyware or malware please help me i dunno if anyone else has had this problem and im using spybot search and destroy and that does not remove it any other free spyware removers good which is best off your download section
