OS: Win7
Computer: Toshiba Satellite M115-S3144
Wireless Card: Intel ProWireless 3945ABG
Wireless radio switch is on and the light is lit.

OK, it is odd to be asking for advice as I am usually giving it, but this one has me stumped. :) Basically, if I restart the computer I have to manually enable the wireless and if it goes into hibernation the wireless card will not enable at all. I can go to the wireless adapter and double click on it to enable it and it says it is enabled but it isn't. I can't figure this out.

On a side note, it seems like the laptop is taking MUCH longer to shut down (in fact I left it recently and it took over 15 minutes to shut down). I haven't had ANY problems until yesterday.

AHHH!!! Figured it out myself. It was Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 SP1. I had installed it yesterday. Today I uninstallled it to see if that was the cause, sure enough everything is back to normal. So it appears that MSVPC 2007 SP1 and Windows 7 DO NOT WORK TOGETHER.
