Hi,

Can I please get your help? To start, my computer is extremely slow, it takes forever for anything to load. Also, my computer shuts down on it's own. I'll be playing a game, let's say, and all of a sudden the screen will go black and then it reboots?

I have included a Hijack This report.

Thank you.

Hi,

You have some visible malware. I'm going to edit your Hijack log as we don't allow them in this forum :)

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

Good luck
