Various Trojan Problems

Please help me out on this...
(btw this is Vista)
i have so many various problems and i'm not sure which is caused by trojans
first: when i hold F8 during the start of computer it doesn't go to the boot menu
second: Task manager doesn't appear when i do ctrl+alt+del, the green box on lower right appears but its frozen. The multiple green boxes come out when tried more.
third: google search sometimes redirects to absolute crap websites.

i'm guessing second and third have to do with the trojan virus alerts i've been getting flooded with.
I did a full scan with avira and took them out, but the problem still remains.
When i did the malwarebyte and scanned, whenever it gets to system32 section the scan freezes. (same for the SuperAntispyware)
as for system restore, the systemrestore point program also frozes. And when i did the windows system restore it tells me there is a disk problem and fails.
