Rapidleech is software you use on your computer and nothing I can see about a hosting site.

I would imagine your firewall may be blocking that.

Which firewall are you using? Usually if you go through the programs list and see if it is blocked. Port 80 is very common and I'm sure it is not blocked except maybe for that program.

Look at the Exceptions tab and see if program is blocked.
