Malware worries

Umm I was redirected here from ALL of my browsers fail to browse the net, acting like there's no connection...which is solved I think, but we're worried about malware I guess

.... I have processes I cannot touch on an admin account, a lot, and some of them are using a LOT of resources.

Anyway, attached are the logs that were asked for

I notice there's some services and stuff running that shouldnt be....for example xampplite isnt installed (was once) and neither is xampp....So I'm not sure what that's about?
