when i boot my computer laptop hp 530 vista ultimate it gives me error

when i wanted to boot from the cd i recieved an error code of 0x8007000D.i wanted to install a clean copy of windows vista ultimate.

Your Installation Disk may be corrupted or not readable properly. The setup process will not fine the lisence aggrement into your disk.
You should try to install with another disk.
