Blue Screen Stop Error

i had to use the windows setup cd to restore my computer. now when the computer starts it goes to a blue screen saying: STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}... can this be fixed??? HELP!! :)

Try to start your computer with "last good configuration mode." During the booting process hit F8 key now select the option "last good configuration mode".
