I am now unable to view a web page that I have always been able to. I have tried clearing cache and the like but still no luck. I have also tried it on my lap top with the same result. I have enquired of other users and they can get on OK. Any ideas guys? I have tried it under IE and Firefox with the same result

This is what I am getting:-

"Connection Interrupted

The document contains no data.

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

:) :) :) :)

Firefox 1.5 and up automatically creates backup copies of your bookmarks. You can find this file in your Firefox profile directory.

Go to windows explorer
click on "C" drive or main drive
Scroll down to program files and click + sign next to it
go to Mozilla Firefox and expand that entry
expand 'Defaults' and then "Profile"
In this folder you will find a file named
bookmarks.html
This is the file you want backup.

I'm not sure if you tried Mozilla's instruction but go Here and follow their suggestion to remove Firefox.

In IE go to Help at the top and let me know what version of IE you are running.
Also have you tried to run IE without any addons to see if the problem continues? If it does not continue then start adding one addon at a time till you find the one that is causing the problem.
