Reformat without Recovery Disk

I have a Gateway CX210X with XP Pro installed, and need to reformat, but I cannot find the recovery disk. Any suggestions??

Yeah, they wanted me to BUY those discs, but I found a support document that allowed me to do it without buying the discs...so now I have a fresh machine and am working on reinstalling my programs.....UGH :) !!!!

Support document with no disks? How is that unless the drive had a recovery partition on it?
