Windows Live messenger sending out virus

No idea what it is or where it came from but it sends out links to people on my contact list as if I have sent them. Some are saying to look at pics and others links to web sites. Can anyone help me get rid of this? I have downloaded HJT and attached a log if that might help? I don't understand it so won't delete anything. Please ask if you need any further info.. Well I tried to upload the log but it said I wasn't allowed to???
