Whenever i start my laptop it shows a black screen and i get this message windows could not start bacause the following file is missing or corrupted <windows root>system32\hal.dll please re-install.. i have tried to use my cd but it doesn't work it keeps on returning to the page where that reinstall have appeared..
plaese help me.. :)
