I never did the ubcd4win. thing you asked me to do. to tell you the truth i don't understand for anything what i am suppose to do with that. (too much bleach maybe..just dont understand it). anyway just tried to open two games I have on my computer and they wouldn't open gave me an error.: Launch.exe

At this point, the problem is probably with the OS. I suggest a repair install. This will keep all your files and data along with your programs, but will repair all the OS files.

i got the games fixed. it was something that i turned off and needed to turn back on in computer/advance settings. sorry about.

Did you get the MFC error fixed too, or just the games one? Exactly which setting did you change?

just the games were fixed. the other is still messed up.. I keep getting this error: roblem signature:

Ok, when did this problem start to happen?
I suggest you try uninstalling SP1.

I"m not sure when it started. I first realized it a little over a week ago. It's not on a program I really use. It just has something on there that I want to keep if possible. what is the sp1

You are running Vista, right? It's Service Pack 1. Uninstalling SP1 won't do anything to what you want to save.

Yes i have Vista. Do i just go to control panel and uninstall. Sorry.. i'm feeling dumb, lol
