share a folder to only one user

hi all

my question is not really a windows bug per say but just a general information.

i have a folder on my XP PRO machine that i would like to share to ONLY ONE user of my vista computer. i need it remain invisible to all the other users and any other computer. also worth noting that i dont have an AD (active directory) enabled or configured for the network, thus all users are local to the pc itself, but i do have a router that all my computers are using (including these two).
