Hi
my main (c:) drive has been getting full so I decided to defragment and move the pagefile (using microsoft's directions). I was down to about 3% free but after moving the pagefile I went up to about 10%. I moved my large INBOX and SENT files for my email to another drive to get to 30% free. I defragmented and moved the INBOX and SENT back and, even after moving the 780MB pagefile off the C: drive, there is LESS space than before!! I want to compact the ultra large INBOX file to get some more space but even if I move the SENT file, I still don't have enough room to compact.
Why, after moving the pagefile AND defragmenting do I have LESS space than before?
thanks
jeff
