can't get started fixing probs - can't run or malwarebytes

Hey,

I'm having a real time here. A number of symptoms with my system.

- I can't run system restore - it goes through the motions, then I get an error saying "Disk error during system restore."
- My McAfee isn't allowed to update its definition files
- Windows Defender can't be updated.
- I installed Malwarebytes, but it won't open.
- I downloaded Superantispyware and it won't open either, it sometimes gives me a blue screen.
