windows explorer crashing [MERGED]

hello, windows explorer keeps crashing whenever i open a certain folder with .avi files and when i play .avi files. sometimes dr.watson post mortem debugger crashes as well. i've tried everything from your advices. here is my hijack this log:

hi, there's a p2p program called soribada which is a korean program. i always lose my connection when it's running even though it's not immediate, at the most 15 minutes. also, if i run any other program that uses the internet when soribada is running, my connection get lost like AIM or internet explorer. i always have to restart to get my connection back. i have tried clean reinstalls as well as all of your malware scan options. i really need this program so i do not want to get rid of it. please help. hijack this log:
