I have no idea what is going on and it's very frustrating. If this were my computer I would have unistalled everything and reinstalled the program but it's my work computer. Ok, I keep getting this message...

And then when I click install it gives me this message...

And then when I try to cancel it just keeps on trying to install and gives me the error message over and over and over and over and well....you get the point.

Just for you 411. I have on this computer both Roxio Creator 2009 and Roxico Suite 10. The tech guy did that. ( I didn't know until after he had done it) Everything worked fine though in the beginning but then like a few months later R 2009 wouldn't no longer open. I couldn't use the program and the tech guy was too busy to fix the issue or atleast unistall the program and leave me with only one (Roxio 10 since it still worked) the only thing he did do was give administrative leave for an update on the Roxio Suite 10. It was after this update (with which we had some issues but it finally went through) that I began to get these pesky messages and I don't know what to do.

Tech guy doesn't get back until Wednesday and unfortanetly I'm not to confident he will know what to do. So can you guys give me a few suggestions I can pass on down to him? Could you also give me back-up plans or suggestions in case the first ones don't work. You see, our tech only comes once a week and if the issue doesn't get resolved from first suggestions I would have to wait another week before getting the issue fixed. He hates Roxio and recommends Nero. Which is fine and dandy but I'm afraid he'll just throw his hands in the air and recommend we purchase Nero. This would be a problem since I am working on some major videos for an event and don't have the time to purchase a new software and learn how to use it before my deadline. Please HELP!
