How to set stationary and font colours in windows mail ?

Hi all , ,
I use windows mail on all my machines and would like to know if there is any way to set the font colour and backgrounds/stationary to stay on.

At the moment, i am having to choose stationary and font colour each and every time is send an email ,,

Surely there must be a way to save your preffered colours etc , ,
