My computer is so slow. We took it to Best Buy and had them try and clean it out of all the viruses it had and even put in more ram, but I think there is still something wrong with it. I have no idea even where to begin. I did remove a lot of the programs that were in the start up that helped with turning on our computer, but it just seems that after that load up it gets slower and slower. I also do a clean up of the temp files every time before turning the computer off, but it helps only in the first few minutes of being on the computer too. Please Help!
