Also I tried to uncheck Request Responses from the Actions menu and that does not give the user the ability to choose what to do, it automatically sends me their response so that doesnt help.

In options, untick 'Request a read receipt for this message'...but I do not want to see if people have accepted it or not.
In options, tick 'Have replies sent to:' and select a dummy name/email address.I want to send it out and see no replies from them. Is there a way to do this in Outlook 2003?
