Log into your router, change it there, save changes, restart the wireless access point (or the entire router if needs be), re-connect to your router with the new key.

to logon to your router:

make sure it is plugged in directly to the router with an Ethernet cable.

In the address bar where you type in a URL

Copy and paste one of these addresses

192.168.1.0

192.168.1.1

I'm not sure which one will work as there are several different default addresses from different manufactures.

if it is right there will be a small window that pops up asking for a password

put in the password and you will have access to the router

If this doesn't work:

Please tell me the make and model of the router and I can give you the proper method.

if you were able to "get in"

Go to wireless security tab

and change the security password when completed press save

The router should now be setup with your new password.

if you need anything else just reply back

Good luck
