Still can't host in War3 FT

So i went through the basic setups .I used PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall9(//www.portforward.com/routers.htm) , did everything they asked: open 6112-6119 for war 3 and stuff and i still can' t host.
this is exactly what is asked from me : Port Forwarding for the D-Link DGL-4300(http://www.portforwa...arcraft_III.htm)

unfortunately i still can't host.Any suggestions?
