hello

THis is probably a stupid question.

But I have a ASUS 8800 GT 512 mb card. I want to upgrade my drivers for it. I google search for the drivers and I find a lot of Nvidia 8800 GT drivers.

Because mine is a ASUS does it matter what drivers i download and install? If i install Nvidia drivers on my ASUS?

Also is it just the manufacturer company that is the difference between the 2 names?

Thanks sorry for a silly question lol..

Asus makes the card and nvidia is probably the chipset. The nvidia drivers will most likely be newer.

Go HERE for the driver that was just released April 2, 2009

You can't get much newer then that. :)
