suffering from this nasty bit of malware, i've done everything i can (been sitting up all night!) i'm not really sure how far i've got or if i've gone badly wrong somewhere (as usual), so i'm reluctant to go any further on my own, and any help would be greatly appriciated, thankyou! below is my last hijackthis log;

i've managed to get a bit further, however when i try to run in normal mode it's still really, really, bad - i'm not sure if this is a spyware problem though or if perhaps i've inadertadly deleted something vital :s
