WinPC defender infected my computer

I have run Hijack this and removed a key that said PCdefender. Also, was then able to remove some file that I previously could not remove. This all got rid of a lot of pop ups but now I just have the one screen coming up occasionally.
Any help would be appreciated. Below is the msg. from the pop up...
