typed url travels thru multiple sites

when I type url in either IE7 or FireFox 3, on the bottom I could see that browser hitting multiple sites before getting to requested (on the status bar).
If I use search from search engines tool bar I often go to unrequested website - toseeka.com

What I did:

I have AVG and SUPERAntiSpyware residential

I ran Malawere bytes Anti-Malawere which said it found and deleted something, but problem is still there
I booted from the BitDefender rescue disk, but it did not find anything.

somebody mentioned DNSHijacker-85.255 in association with toseeka.com, but I could not confirm this.

Any ideas ?
