While running an Ad-Aware scan yesterday it came up that I was infected with TR\Crypt.xpack.gen it gave me the option to remove it, which I did (at least I thought I did). I had run several more scans with both Ad-Aware and Norton 360. Norton found nothing and Ad-Aware kept sending files to their Threatworks which I am sure had something to do with this trojan I have. Today I ran it again and sent about 10 files to their department.

I have run SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, Combofix I have files I would be happy to attach. I need help getting this off my PC as I am 99% sure it is still on there. I am not the most savy with virus removal and would appreciate any help that can be offered. I am just about ready to wipe my hard drive, but don't know if that will fix this.
