i wasn't sure if this goes here or in the malware section, if its wrong please forgive me

i was downloading drivers for my tv tuner card from avermedia's site, but when i do my avg stops the download and says it contains Scagent.h virus.........any help on this? is it safe, is it not. I NEED THOSE DRIVERS!!!
