Computer wont shut down it only reboots

I disconnected the auto restart and would only get an error message of c000021a fatal system error so i reconnected that then I backed up the registry and did a restore point. then I ran ERUNT and got an error optimizing registry hive of [Reg SaveKey:1450-Insufficient system resources. THen I ran the MBAM. It started to shut down after that, But When I ran the Rooter and the OTL there are alot of things in that I dont know what to do now. So I will upload the log files and see if anyone can tell me how to proceed as my computer will shut down now but is running a bit slow and wierd. Please be patient since this is my first time here and trying to learn how to post things.
