Well, I looked around at this, msoxmlmf.dll is a microsoft office xml filter and MSVCR80.dll is a Microsoft C runtime library. Now, what that means for you, I don't know :) It seems like a lot of programs can run into this problem.

This says uninstalling windows defender fixes this problem and installing or updating .Net 2.0.

Windows Defender and Microsoft Office 2007 have been known to cause errors with the installer. These include errors referencing "msvcr80.dll" and "mpShHook.dll." If you currently have either program installed, it is recommended that you uninstall the program, install the game and then you can re-install Windows Defender and/or Microsoft Office 2007 on your system. If you do not want to uninstall these programs you can try installing or re-installing Microsoft .Net 2.0. You can get it here. Installing .Net 2.0 has been known to fix this issue without having to uninstall Microsoft Office or Defender.

Try this first, considering it's from Activision.

I'm seeing multiple suggestions, one is to navigate to the disc and double click the setup.exe and see if it runs.

Another suggestion I've seen is

The Microsoft Office XML MIME Filter (Msoxmlmf.dll) is registered under the following registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Protocols\Filter\text/xml
Removing this key also prevents the filter from loading in a custom application.

Pulled from the MS KB

What I could dig up.

*Edit for some clarification
