Files in Recycle Bin - I didn't put them there!

Afternoon!!
I notice my recycle bin has several files in it, that I didn't put there.
I am afraid to restore them - and afraid to delete them.
Pop3uidl.bak
Calendar.bak
UpdateInfo.dll
vmgr2c60.tmp
Inbox.bak
Contacts.bak
Any advice is appreciated.
