Is it safe to uninstall this software?

I use the free clean-up software from CCleaner to delete unnecessary files etc from my laptop.
Today I noticed in the 'Uninstall' section a few Window Driver Packages, i.e. Nokia Media software... that seem to be older versions of the latest updated version (although I could be wrong, and that's why I'm here seeking your help)...
