The error is: "Cannot delete SDHelper.dll: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use."
I am very limited in my knowledge of computers so please consider me a real beginner.

Restart computer, and keep tapping F8 key until menu like this appears:
Select Safe Mode, and try to delete the file from there.

You are awesome Broni! I did exactly what you said and it worked perfectly. I have now downloaded Kaspersky and am getting ready to run my first full scan. Thank you SO much!!

You're very welcome
I'm glad, it worked.
For the future reference, you may want to...
Download, and install Unlocker: http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/
Restart computer.
It'll install under right click menu.
Open Windows Explorer.
Navigate to stubborn file.
Right click on stubborn file. Click Unlocker
Select Delete from drop-down menu:
Click OK.
stubborn file will refuse to be deleted, but Unlocker will give you an option to delete on reboot:
Click Yes.
Restart computer.
