Kooly Noody downloader [Solved]

I keep getting a kool noody downloader.

CA Anti-spyware catches it in a scan and removes it but it keeps coming back. I've looked for information on it and can't see what I need to change to protect my system.

Update: May 13th 2009

It turns out that it's a false positive. CA Anti-Spyware is finding koolynoody.net in the registry in a restricted site list used by SpyBot.
