Sending from another account in Outlook

I have a user who is having email forwarded from their @work.com email to their @home.com email in Outlook Express. When they reply they want their email to come from @work.com not their @home.com email address. How can you set this up so it responds on behalf of the @work.com account?

In Tools > Accounts, click on the account then the Properties button

On the General tab, complete the Email address: and the Reply address: with the @work.com address.

This works for me but I suspect it will depend on the ISP's security policy/smtp setup.
