In the CPU Voltage menu, are you not able to navigate down? Keep holding the down arrow on your keyboard and it should scroll down. I would try 1.2000V to start with.

Nope, the lowest voltage I can select in the CPU voltage menu is 1.2875...which is weird seeing as its currently set to something lower...
