I have followed the malware and spyware removal guide, but the trojan still remains. I should say that I have followed it as much as I can. I can not update any removal software, such as malwarebytes, trend micro internet security, etc. Can anyone out there please help me, I'm very tired of getting redirected on search engines and all the pops ups. Any help is appreciated.
