Since you mention a IRQL error, can you also attach the minidump that was created.
Update your video driver:
http://www.nvidia.co...75.19_whql.html
When you are installing your driver, please disable anti-virus real time protection. This can interfere with the driver configuring itself properly. After installed, re activate your protection.

Don't know what to say to that dump.
The faulting image is nvcap.sys which belongs to NVIDIA
http://www.file.net/.../nvcap.sys.html

Keep watching your computer for more BSODs. Run Memtest.

Ran memtest several times...passed with no errors. I'm looking into the nvcap link you posted.

Tell me if anymore BSODs come up, and if so, attach it's memory dump.

Right now we are focusing on the IRQL error. Look at this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/818501

Is this a laptop or desktop?

I'm on a desktop.

No BSOD lately...just very tricky to connect to internet.

Update your video driver:
http://www.nvidia.co...75.19_whql.html

Remember I could not do this, I tried to update driver and I crashed bad. I think this all may be the nvidia driver. Is there a way to delete the old driver, still connect to internet, and install new driver?

When I go to Device manager, then my Device Driver details, there are three files under the Rhine III ethernet adapter. Should I try to get rid of two?

Go into Device Manager, and expand Video Controllers. Then right click your NVIDIA card, and choose Properties. Go into the Driver tab, and click on Uninstall Driver.

Once that is done, try connecting to the internet, and tell me if any BSODs come up.
What exactly is the problem you get when you try connecting?
