Windows Update screwed up my monitor/resolution

Everything looked fine before. Now it will not let me go above 640 by 480 pixels or above "Lowest (4 bit)" color quality.

It says my display is "Plug and Play Monitor on NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420". I don't think it said this before, but I can't be sure. My monitor is a Dell E171FPb, if that matters.

(Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, move if necessary.)

EDIT: Never mind, I just corrected it myself.
