BARTS PE, how do you access USB ports using Barts

I have been using BARTS PE for a while now but it never allows me to access anything via USB. I look and see in DEVICE MGR that the drivers are not setup. I have attempted to install the drivers via CHIPSET but it hangs and never finishes or works. Anyone tell me how to access USB Ports when using BARTS PE Disk?
