This is a good start. We have fixed tcp/ip from being the problem.
What is different in this crash log is that now ashWebSv.exe was the failing process. This belongs to Avast.
The failing image is wg121nd5.sys
That sounds like your router. I bet that if you go on the web with no security, everything will be all right, but we don't want to risk you getting infected.

Give me the make and model of your computer. Also give me an Everest Report. Click on "Everest Instructions" in my sig and follow the directions.

Here's the Everest Report (txt file).

Note: The G: directory is actually my external hard drive that is always connected to my computer.

Edit: The make and model of my computer should be in the txt file.

Thanks for the links.

Do you recommend restarting after each install?

Edit: For the 2nd install link (Intel), I get this page:

http://downloadcente...s...5&submit=Go!

Should I install all 6? Some are uninstallers, etc.

http://downloadcente...x?ProductID=407

Use that instead of the old link for #2.
Yes, reboot after each install.

Forget that link...
Use this one

Sorry about that...
Didn't look further into the link. Just download and install the 1st one.

I'm not sure if I downloaded the WG121 Software Version 2.0 correctly:

This is what the About says after I tried to install it:

I'm not sure if that is Version 2.0 or not. I had trouble installing the 2.0 version and had to resort to using my own CD installation disk just to get back online.

This is the screen after installing from the DELL site. Yes, the DELL link worked, but it required another installation here:

Except after clicking Install Now, and trying to run it, I get this:

Let's ignore the chipset installation issue for now.
Reboot and see if the WG121 has gone to firmware version 2.

That card is our problem. Not the Network Controller or the Chipset. Go to Device Manager and uninstall the driver for that card. Then reinstall the version 2.0 firmware. You can also download it from here: http://drivers.softp...Driver-20.shtml

This is what shows up in the About of my WG121:

http://i42.tinypic.com/124eow6.png

===

It says Firmware Version: 2.04.03... That means it's updated to the newest firmware, correct?

Yup.
Now wait and see if a BSOD returns, and if it does, attach the minidumps as you did before.
