NEED EXPERT: Wireless internet disconnects every 10 min

Hi!

The problem is that my conexion to internet disconnects every 10min or so. I have not idea why.
The other problem is that I can not see videos on internet, listen to radios online, can not download freeware and my Norton Antivirus has found problems to download the updates so has not been working.
Recentrly I installed a Bitdefender trial and the weird thing is while bitdefender is working, my Norton antivirus has been able to work.
Im using CCleaner to try to maintain everything fine at registry.

Here at G2G we do not recommend the use of registry cleaners; they have the potential to cause serious harm and provide minimal benefits.

If you believe that your machine is infected, I suggest you go to the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE thread. These self-help tools will allow you to clean up to 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after performing these steps, then please follow Step Five: Rootkit Detection and Step Six: Post an OTListIt2 Log; ensure you post your logs in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal forum. If you are unable to run and/or post any of these logs, then mention that in your initial post in the topic you create in that forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
