For one user I still can't get more than the Screen Saver and Settings tabs in the Display Properties. Current Desktop Wallpaper is a black screen with "Warning! Your computer is infected".

Other than that, it seems fine.

Would running HijackThis with that user give different results?

In the Control Panel click Display > Desktop > Customize desktop > Website > Uncheck whatever is checked there.

If that doesn't work...


Copy the contents of the Code box to notepad.
Name the file out.reg
Save as type:All files
Save it someplace where you will remember it, like My documents.

Double click on out.reg and say yes to the prompt.

Ok I had to do the reg file and it worked. I ran Hijack this on this user and here's the log.

reboot into safe mode and find this file. Don't do a search, you need to look for it. Make sure all files are showing.

spoolv.exe

Run CleanUp and reboot. You should be good to go. :tazz:
