Nail.exe and Aurora trouble

I seem to have stumbled upon a filthy little bit of malware. I have looked at several forums trying to figure this out and it seems that this one requires very specific fixes with each machine. Can anyone help me out please? I will try to give whatever information will help. Here is the most basic info I have. I have Aurora pop ups occuring over and over and I have something called nail.exe showing up in hijackthis scans, but I can't seem to kill it.
