Download ATF Cleaner from here: http://www.atribune.org/index.php?option=c...5&Itemid=25
Follow the instructions on that site to clear out temp files.
Download Auslogics Disk Defrag from here: http://www.auslogics.com/disk-defrag
Install and run it on your hard disks.

Once you have done all the steps, post in the Malware Forum, with the required logs. Once a Malware tech has cleared you, come back here if you are still experiencing problems.

Download and install EVEREST
Open it.
1: In left pane expand Computer folder.
2: Click once on Summary
3: In upper menu, go Report
4: And then to Quick Report-Summary
5: Save it in text file, and paste it in your next post.
PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANYTHING UNDER THE LINE THAT SAYS "DEBUG- PCI"

You need to think seriously about upgrading memory. This is barely enough to keep XP running not counting any other programs.
Go HERE and run the Crucial online scanner.
This will give you the exact memory configuration for your system. You do not have to buy the memory from there, but write down the information and if you need assistance in purchasing the upgrade memory GTG can assist with suggestions also.

Does it freeze, when you're doing something in particular?
Download, install, and run Whats Running.
Click on Take snapshot in the left pane.
New pop-up window will open.
Click on Save snapshot, and save the file as snap (.xml extension will be added automatically) to know location.

Zip the file, and attach it to your next reply.

Memory doesn't seem to be the #1 culprit for the problems you are describing though. Installing memory is very easy, and there are man tutorials online about how to do it.
