here goes

i have a db that has many querys
now say i have 4 querys. and i put them together into a new query

access puts down 2 rows(records) instead of one

the data in other queries is only singular
only one piece of data

anyway how do you remove the extra record???????

PS the extra record is a duplicate of the other record
