:) Problem exists throughout OS Windows XP build 2002

In outlook: when writing new email if I move the cursor off that new email that page drops into the taskbar at the bottom. The only way to bring it back up to display and complete writing it is to close ALL open windows, it will then hang front and center on the sreen.

The same effect is present when browsing the internet. If I go to a linked page it will fall into the taskbar and as above I have to close all windows to bring it back up onto the screen.

While either the email or the linked page is resting in the taskbar I can click on it and it will jump back up to the screen as it should but it will then fall back into the taskbar unless ALL other open windows are minimized.
