Please remove your Hijackthis log, as that is for the Malware Forums only.
Follow this guide: http://www.geekstogo...uide-t2852.html
Then post the required logs in the Malware Forum to allow the techs to look over them and make you clean. Once the malware techs have given you a clean bill of health, then post back here if any further assistance is required.
Let's run some basic maintenance. Download ATF Cleaner: http://www.atribune....c...5&Itemid=25
Follow the instructions on the website to use it.
Then download Auslogics Disk Defrag: http://www.auslogics.com/disk-defrag
Install and run it. Defrag your hard disks.
Give me an Everest Report. Click on "Everest Instructions" in my sig and follow the instructions to post a log.

You posted too much info. Please remove that entire log to clean things up.
Follow my instructions exactly, and the report it will generate won't be long.

You might want to post in the Malware Forum, and go through this tutorial: http://www.geekstogo...uide-t2852.html
This could be malware related, so lets clear that up.

ok lets do some basic maintenance. I don't see much in the snapshot that would cause a slowdown. Please follow the next steps in order and report back with the ending result if your system seems to pickup some speed.
Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
If you use Firefox browserClick Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
If you use Opera browserClick Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
For Technical Support, double-click the e-mail address located at the bottom of each menu.
If this does not work then:
Go to:
Start and then My Computer
Right Click On "C" drive and then click on Properties
Click on Tools tab at the top
In the Error Checking field click Check Now
When that is done
Download Auslogics Defrag from the link in my signature below. Auslogics Defrag in my opinion is better because:
It does a more comprehensive job at Defragging
It will actually show you what it is doing
At the end of working it will show you how much speed you picked up
You can view a online log of the files that Auslogics defragged
Reboot and let me know how system is running now

Good. You should get a reply soon.i have a malware forum open as well im just waiting on the reply
One thing I see that maybe could cause a slowdown is Kaspersky. But if you have been using it for a while without this issue, then it probably isn't your problem.
I don't see any abnormal startups.
EDIT: Explorer seems to be taking up a lot (around 70%) of your CPU. Follow rshaffer's steps.

ok done...... the defrag ran quicker than usual because i defragged it last night......atf cleaner was ran as well......same issue resumes.....i tried running the check thru my c drive and it asked me to restart my comp before it could run so i did, and it kept freezing at 42% so i cancelled it and my computer would no longer start up...i did last known good config and here i am.......i think it is a malware problem....am i correct?
