Getting redirected and can't run any malware removal programs

While roaming some less than ideal sites I must have picked something up. I use firefox and I'm getting redirected all over the place. I can't get any of my spyware programs to run. I'm contstantly getting pop ups about phishing filters and error reports. I was browsing here for a bit and have seen a lot of cases similar. I would greatly appreciate some help. Thanks!
